Hello everyone, i miss most of you i am sure. In this I'm gonna be trying to address everyone in the upper Midwest area that i do miss so, so forgive me if i begin to ramble or if i leave things out.
I have been at Morningstar ministries for around three months now, and i am loving it. There have been lots of ups and downs with money and getting used to having roommates(love y`all) and trying to grow up and become my own person. The lord has been doing allot of fun things like plastering four of us to the floor for a few hours, and multiplying money for me. It has been a very interesting transition to say the least. I would like to think i have grown allot but what I've seen most is how great what i grew up in was so i really wanna encourage anyone who is currently at ncwoc, anazao ext. to continue to go for it because the ground is ripe for growing. I am so thankful for Pastor Cleon and Alita Laughlin, Pastor David and Tyra laughlin, Pastor Samuel and Edna Quartey, Pastor Terelle and Alison Wilson. And Jesse and Leann Helleksen.(daddy and mommy) all of you have affected me simply by being you, aside from all you've taught me you have affected me with the way you live your lives. Thank you for all your wisdom all your prayers and encouragement. Anyone who meets these servants of god be open and ready to receive because they are all wells of wisdom.
Worship school has just begun and i start theory class tomorrow, i have to be in guitar lessons at least once a week so I'm believeing the lord to provide me with the blessing to do so, so you are free to agree with me.
I`d like encourage the youth/young warriors in my godsquad. you guys are more equipped than any other youth Ive ever seen, do not lose your zeal for the lord, move into healings more than you ever have. i know you all have it in you please do not let it stay there the world needs you guys, get out there and give them Jesus whether in school or whatever I've seen you do some amazing things continue to pray like you have and manifest the holy spirit in your lives.
i love all of you so much
Love sick

salvation/repentance
In acts 2:21 peter is quoting the prophet joel : "and everyone who calls on the name of the lord will be saved." (niv) (as all my quotes will be until further notice.) everyone who calls. this term calls includes faith and response rather than merely using words. As jesus is quoted on the temple of the mount,
" matthew7:21 not everyone who says to me, 'lord, lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my father who is in heaven."
what jesus is saying here is that simply praying the prayer of salvation (modern day terms) will not get you into heaven, either will preaching or healing the sick, but thru repentance and action in turning to the fathers will.
so peter is basically teaching what jesus had taught the apostles that anyone who calls on the name of the lord thru repentance and action shall be saved.
peter continues this teaching thru into acts2:38 where he says to the crowd in jerusalem "repent and be baptized, everyone one of you, in the name of jesus christ for the forgiveness of your sins. and you will recive the gift of the holy spirit. "
Repent- to feel such sorrow for sin or fault as to be disposed ( inclined) to change one's live for the better. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/repent
what i am trying to stress is that yes we are all called to call on the name of the lord and repent and be baptised, but i believe personaly that the church of america has lost the defention of the word repent because that word is to harsh and we dont want to change our lives. because that would be to extreme, so the next time you read repent in your bible know that it is not just a thing or apology as it says in some defentions it is a turning, of ones very life. how you live how you act is all changed, to the fathers will ( Matthew7:21) our lives need to change to the fathers will no longer can we stay complacent with praying a prayer it is a false sense of peace. coming to church praying the prayer singing the songs will not get you into heaven, only true repentance and conforming of ones life to the fathers will give one entrance the holy place to spend eternity with the most high holy one.
well i hope you enjoyed this message and got something out of it.
I just pray over you right now that the lord would give you a deeper understanding of repentance and his power and ability to change your life by the holy spirit.
praise god that you read this and thank you. if you have any comment questions leave a comment of you can email me at anytime.
god bless you and thank you for reading.

wild at heart.
well i just finished my latest quest into the world of literature, and let me say i am very impressed. today i finished (wild at heart) by john eldredge. and let me start with wow..... this book has changed my life. just amazing. if you are a christian man you have to read this book not an option. if your are a female follower of christ, i would also consider picking up a copy. in this book john addresses why men in church are so bored......(have to read) and why men are here, why we have such crazy drives and the need for eve. it really addresses how men are spiritually and what our role is. and for ladies this will give you a definite insight to the world of men. i just encourage anyone to pick it up and give it a glance. if not a read its a rather short book at 240 pages. (quick read) and i am not going to ruin it for anyone by screaming all the details of the book but praise god i cant wait to get the follow up of this book...... -god bless always-

Out Casts
This is a very convicting thing to write so it will most likely be short and to the point but i feel as tho the lord wants it to be out there again. All throughout jesus ministry we see him ministering to people who are theses people? the broken and the outcast the lord really built his army out of the people no one wanted and no one liked. (i am not going to go into examples, feel free to dig it up yourself) now i have found in my life that these people seem to end up around me now that sounds haughty and arrogant but please let me finish. i have found all thru my life as i looked back in prayer tonight the lord has always placed me near people who are broken or need his love ( i am not perfect i need his love too) but he has always placed me near these people and i would push them away cause they are not the (cool kids) or whatever image the world has tried to put on them. and the lord really asked me tonight how many have you passed by that could have been the next paul? so to stop my rambling it feels like. i believe the lord just really wants to encourage us to reach out to the homeless person or the "weird kid" in school. to the broken who really need christ. because these people have the greatest potential because its only once you have lost everything that your free to do anything. so reach out to those who are on there last limb and dont fit into the "christian" picture frame. as always thanks for reading please let me know what you think. and God Bless

mountains
well lately at my church we have been doing what we are calling a p.u.s.h. which can either mean, pray until something happens. or as another youth member of mine put it praying upward and splitting the heavens. (choose which one you like better) and the lord has really been moving in our body its pretty sweet anyway i say that so i can tell you yesterday i was really hitting a wall in prayer but then the lord kinda told me it was cause he didn't want me to pray he wanted me to listen for a minute... so i humbled myself lol and got quiet to listen to the lord and let him speak to me and he began to minister to me on mountains of course and he said dalton how come most people dont make it to the top of the mountain? and i said because they get injured or there is an avalanche ( we have all seen those kinda movies) and he said know they are unprepared and when a storm comes they dont have the supplies to wait it out. hmm so i really began to analyze that spiritually and what he was really saying is when you begin prayer and fasting like we are in the push the most common reason people dont make it is that they are unprepared and when the enemy comes to try to stop what they are doing he succeeds because they are not ready to wait out the hard times and continue moving up the mountain. so i guess what the lord was really telling me was dalton get into your quiet place read your word and get to know me and you better so that when the enemy comes (he always does) you will be ready to power thru whatever blow you face. alright so guys and gals thats a word to all of you who are trying to move up the mountain to see the face/glory of god come into your life and your church be ready, do not be as the foolish who bring there lamps with no oil. Matthew 25:1-13 thanks for readying please feel free to comment and of course God bless
